6 and half years after the start of WW2 in Real Time, and this is the first time you didn't manage to get an episode out. This is still a 99.7% success rate (and that's only counting the Saturday episodes). I think that's very well done!

Look at the bright side, if you have anything you weren't happy with on the previous shoots, you basically just gave yourselves a free redo! Thank you, Clara! Thank you all for doing what you do!

Clara don't worry, the important thing is that you are safe and unharmed. Time Ghost need to consider two important elements. 1. What would happen if your premises caught fire and were destroyed? Would you lose research material, videos, IT and film equipment etc? Are any backups kept off site? 2. What would happen if someone lost a fight with a bus? Not just the presenters but the support staff. If instead of the SD card being run over it had been Clara would other people be able to take over or would all of her technical brilliance have been lost? It may sound grim, but a team discussion would identify the biggest risks and how to mitigate them. Very often the solutions are simple such as off site backups, written procedures and knowledge sharing within the team. Time Ghost is so fabulous it would be a shame if something serious happened.

I think the more impressive feat here is that, in over a decade of making history video's, be it for The Great War, WW2, the main TimeGhost Channel, Sabaton History, etc., inlcuding during a global pandemic and Youtube cutting a large part of your funding, it is only now that something happened that made you miss the shedule. That is something truly impressive.

Kudos to you for your attitude in this situation - both in not taking it out on Clara and adopting your process to make this less likely to happen.

Fantastic leadership and fantastic work
