Is "DEMOCRACY" a good model of governance for India ?

LET'S CHECK HIS LOGIC AND TENURE -

1. Modi runs country like a ”one man show.." Only Modi and Amit Shah occupies marketing space in news media
2. India has 1.4 billion population.. so don't we have enough leaders who knows good governance and politics?
3. People voted him for national role as a prime minister so instead of solving National problems using his logic gifted by God why does he go for poll campaigns for state and muncipal elections..?
4. Does Modi understand his job description ? Most of the times he is working as a sales and marketing agent during elections for his party and it shows he is incompetent in his duties..
5. He promotes "one nation one election".. then why doesn't he promote "one nation-one team-one goal - one achievement.." why focusing more on elections rather than national development..?
6. He always talks about poverty but why doesn't he talk about "per capita income.."
7. Modi always talks about his HARD WORK and SACRIFICES to the nation.. but does Modi understand success is measured by results and not by hard work and sacrifices..
8. Majority population lives in metro cities so why doesn't he work on "town planning and development" to build world class infrastructure..
9. Modi project himself as "world leader.." but what he knows about..
*World class standards
*World class education
*World class infrastructure..
9. Modi talks about DEVELOPED India.. but why he never tells what and how he actually wants to develop India?
9. Above things shows Modi more interested in staying power and has selfish agenda and puts doubts on his qualifications, knowledge, leadership, sincerity..

So do we need DEMOCRACY ?

1. Do we really need politics, Power games, drama.?
2. Why democracy limited to "voting" only?
3. Are "voters" and "Elected Leaders" well qualified to make good democratic decisions ?
4. Why only 10% population governing rest of 100% population? Because if people select 10% wrong leaders and if they loot public money..then it will be unfair for rest of 100 % population..
5. Instead 90% should govern rest 100% population, so even if 90% people turns out to be wrong and if they loot money..then it won't be unfair..
6. Instead of annual budget why government doesn't talk about annual results and achievements..?

For India to succeed we need -
1. Right people
2. Right approach
3. Right plans

SIMPLE LOGIC -
1. To make India DEVELOPED country hire developers
2. To make India PROSPEROUS country hire finance experts.
3. To make India TECH GIANT hire Technologist.
4. To make India TRULY DEMOCRATIC kick out all corrupt, uneducated and selfish politicians out of India
5. Government should be Pro people and not pro power.. truly Democratic..

Manifesto -
1. Declare Saturday, Sunday as national holidays
2. Introduce work life balance as employment laws
3. Ban overcrowding in Railways, buses, rickshaws.
4. Daily travel should be safe and comfortable..
5. Provide 'pothole free road' Guarantee..
6. Declare Demonetisation every 5 years..
7. Provide free Solar panels, E - Bicycles, Laptops to all.. (Energy+ Work+ knowledge)
10.Adopt digital education, digital economy, egovernance, new technologies.

commitment -
1. Treat manifesto as BHAGAVT Gita
2. Do not fool or betray people
3. Development and politics can't go together so need different teams with different skillsets.
