Ok here’s my speculation for black templars. Greytide studios had a kit for dark angels and just released a kit for black templar terminators however, when they released this kit they got cease and desisted by gw but only for the tabards on the new kit and on their old dark angel kits. I’ve noticed a pattern on 3D printing sites where gw will go along and clean slate them when they’re releasing a new kit that has something to do with what they are bringing out soon. I believe it’ll be new black Templar terminators or an upgrade sprue for them.

It always suprises me that Space Marines are getting their third dinner before other factions even get their first. I can't wait for Space Marine Codex 10.5 before the last factions get their own.

Black Templars got everything with their 9th Edition refresh, the only thing that makes sense is an assault Terminator squad, though I doubt GW would release a highly requested unit specifically only for BT.

As a Black Templars player, we honestly can lean into melee and shooting and do either decently, however not to tau levels of shooting or world eaters level of melee.

I’d like to see either a Black Templar specific dreadnuaght pattern OR a updated land raider w/ new BT specific pattern

Chapter Masters of the First Founding deserve models, lorewise they would have to be outstanding Space Marines to be honored such title, the Salamanders, Iron Hands, Salamanders, Iron Fist should have at least have them.
