Significant tornado damage in Lee County near Beauregard with emergency response on scene searching structures.

At about 35 seconds the EMS guy takes off his gloves and the way he tossed them spoke volumes!
They tried but couldn’t save the victim and it does have an effect on first responders who dedicate their lives to help others.
My heart goes out to the people of Alabama

This will be remembered as one the most deadly tornado outbreaks in the Southern United States history! There is Probably people blown hundred of yards away!

I was there during that tornado. Me, my stepmother, stepsisters, cat, and Guinea pigs had to hide under a mattress in the bathroom. My older stepsister lost her friends niece who was only like 6. I almost lost my grandparents but the tornado skipped their house

It hit 5 miles from my house. People are still missing. Many kids at my son's school are dead. Pray for Beauregard and Smiths Station. It's a poorer rural county. Hence the many trailers. One couple were driving through as the storm raged and they found a woman in a ditch and her nephew in a tree. Both dead.

That was a 3 or 4 tornado I am sending good thought to you all sorry that this happened to you guys hope your family is ok too you can rebuild it but you can not be replaced ok so take care of yourself and your family too

As of a few hours ago 23 dead, including a 6 year old boy who mother shared him as missing on SM 😢

This is so horrible! People's lives lost and their homes, they worked so hard for, ripped to shreds! God bless the families who are grief stricken and in pain!

So So sad. These people who live in mobile homes have no chance when it comes to stronger tornado's. They have no where to go to. It would almost be safer outside in a low lying area it seems. My heart breaks for these families losses.
