Eva invites you to join a collective paradigm change that inspires us to stop fixing our weaknesses and start leveraging our personal strengths.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

Eva's talk is solid on idea, facts, stories, impact. In a global economy and complex geopolitical environment, our strengths are the common denominator. We'll encounter people with different backgrounds, ethnicity, native languages, accents, etc.. focused on our strengths to create, innovate, and contribute in this world we'll unlock our potential and take our life and our planet to its next phase of evolution. Thanks Eva!

Thank you a great talk. Lots of links to EQ and MBTi. The key is being aware of strengths and how they can be productive in the workplace. SDI is a tool that can identify strengths and there are many others. I also believe that excellent coaching will also assist in transforming the vision of achieving more than 36.4%!

Honestly this speech isnt as good as the other tedtalks. Maybe it's because of her thick accent. Im not sure but I'm convinced.
