Can you stack Machiavellian Tier 8's lesser stab hit for diplo actions with Diplo Idea's reduced stab hit? Can you break truces without much of a stab hit? Might be a good end-game option for a hegemon when you're so strong that you don't care about what your neighbors think of you.

Royal Favoritism (Tier 3) actually has a hidden bonus. If you're playing as the Emperor of China, it gives you +0.25 yearly Meritocracy. Not that it's a big deal or anything, just worth mentioning.

I think the gov cap increase reforms aren't that important anymore since you can spam courthouses with no building slot taken. I recently did a Poland run and owned pretty much all of Europe and had only 900-1000 of my 1500 gov used.

2:41 Yes, it is for an infinite amount of times, using this you can have 10k dev with a few hundred gov cap only. Paradox said they'll nerf it next patch, but for now, you can do wc very easily by abusing this.

I don"t know if somebody already said it but the cost of re-election depends on the frequency of election (2 republican tradition / year). So taking the shorter terms do not cause tradition issues

Real life examples for a parliamentary theocracy would be the Islamic Republic of Iran and to some extent the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. It's basically a kind of republic with a parliamentary democracy and a judiciary following religious legalism.

Hey Ludi, did you already see the idea-related government reforms? If I recall correctly you can get corruption reduction with espionage and there was something with economy ideas.
