Great video on joining roofs, I have a roof that is very similar, except my adjoining roof ridge is higher than my main roof ridge and I can't get Revit 2015 to join this condition. Any suggestions? Revit needs to create a plane that looks like on my main roof ridge.

AutoCAD was a wonderful tool to draw and to create from the blank; but the programmer of this particular software is not even a good architect, his mind is limited that the accuracy and the simplification of getting  from point A to point B is more important than how a creative mind would allow the creative mind to work. I am a seasoned registered architect since 1960s. I have worked for I.M.Pei, S.O.M. Gwathmey etc. I think this tool is nothing more than the software had been in the market  for years ( like many failure programs such as TurboCAD, etc. in the past.) to help layman to jump to the conclusion sooner without the technical knowhow, let alone the fun part of the freedom to design a building rectilinear or free form or whatever. This is tool only helpful for the layman, not for a creative architect ! That is only my opinion. George Wu, A.I.A. 2014-2-14
