We all need our families. I'm going to make the effort to spend more time with my own family. I don't see them often enough. I just want my private family time with them. Life is too short to leave family out. They are the most important people in my life. As we get older, we start losing more family members to death, and I know that I'll only end up regretting not making the effort to spend time with family, if I don't try, so I've promised myself. I owe them everything. They are my world. My boyfriend seems to forget that I have my own family. He only ever talks about how important his own mam is to him. Well, it's sweet, but it shouldn't take away from the fact that I also have my own blood relatives, and stepsisters. Yet he seems to forget I also have a family, and I want to see them at times. It shouldn't have to be a problem.

Yeah, but lets face it, in many cases one's family IS the catastrophe creating suffering.
