I suffer from severe clinical depression i had a terrible low like never in my life, blasted LP in my ears for a week not getting out of bed for anything and decided one night, that the next day i was going to end it all, and finally free myself, i woke up to this song playing, and had to repeat it multiple times, i got out of bed and showered for the first time in 9 days, as well as drank multiple glasses of water and finally ate, and decided to find the strength to continue living, this was a month ago, but i still listen to this song every night before going to bed, and wake up to it as my alarm. it's my reminder of that dark place, and was able to keep living

I always wanted to help people, the whole point of me going on YouTube was to help others, people who suffer from depression and anxiety, and in many ways Chester was the one who made me want to be someone, his music, and his message. Every day people suffer from depression and anxiety, everyday there’s the chance someone really jumps the ledge they’ve been shoved too, everyday someone is fighting a one sided battle, a war with no end. And in their mind it’s if no one cares, but we do, this battle can be won, just one step at a time, we got this. Our stars will shine forever onward and in front of us will be Chester’s as a beacon of hope, we can do this, if not for us, for him.

I've cried 99% of the time ive listen to this song. Ive been a fan since the begining and this LP song hits me more emotionally than any other song they have put out. I'm about to lose my mom and Gma and lost my dad in November. Life is SUPER depressing right now but atleast I can find therapy in this song. A nice cry...

I remembered the darkest thing I almost did *END MY LIFE* I was so depressed (family problems/etc) that me myself as a 5 year old had to handle the pain and confusion that no one was there to show me the light and explain...I got sick, then again, then again, then again it kept happening over and over again, i didn't eat for 2 days than that night I decide to go asleep in death I put the knife against my throat and decide to hear a song before I fell asleep...this was the song that made me change my mind for some reason and I became well...to this day I suffer only 10% of depression but at least I'm still alive right?...

I just turned 22 and I’ve been listening to LP since I was 8, blasting their songs in my ears everyday. I just realised why. It was a comfort place for me because I felt Chester understood me and the millions of LP fans felt like family for AGES. I just started seeking professional help a month ago because my depression and anxiety haven’t gone away since I was a child and I attempted many times and had near death moments because of my attempts. I was diagnosed with chronic PTSD, severe depression and anxiety and highly suic**al. It all comes down to se*ual abuse from different people in different stages of my childhood and bullying for ages… it’s the first time I’ve commented about this in a public place but no one really knows me here so I feel at liberty
