Moscow (Russia), Dec 14 (ANI/ TV BRICS): A real journey, a story that became a legend. The exhibition “Over Three Seas, Wanderings of Afanasy Nikitin’’ opened at the State Museum of oriental art. Carpets, Household Utensils, Paintings - all this tells about the culture of the countries visited by the TVER merchant. The journey lasted more than 5 years. Russia, Persia, and lands of modern Azerbaijan. India left one of the most vivid impressions. Video materials are devoted to it at the exhibition. There are posters of the film on the walls, they are also part of the exposition. The film was released in 1958. Both famous and beginning actors took part in the shooting.
