Ring video shows an officer taping "a white bag of liquid" onto the door of a Lubbock, Texas DJ. "We recognize this was not the best course of action," the Lubbock Police Department said in a statement.

Since everyone seems to be confused, I think I know what happened: Someone (not the guy who lives there), called the police and told them this guy left the milk there and it should be returned. The cops returned the bag to this guy, who was probably being pranked by the other caller.
