Loved this coaster. My lap bar had a little bit of movement in it and i came out my seat every time we went over a hump. Loved the air time.

I feel the thing that makes this ride different to other rollercoasters is the way you're secured by your lap only. My arse was out of my seat quite alot against my will on this rollercoaster and gave me that free fall feeling that you only really get in bad dreams.

I went on it today and it was awesome, I was able to sit on the third row. Even being on third row it was great experience and like you said it has a steady speed when it turns and drop. For those of you who haven't experienced Mako, it must do in the park.
I was lifted about 4 times off my seat.
