People are misinformed, it’s not a clip from Jurassic World or any of the 3 movies in the Jurassic World trilogy (Mosasaurus does not appear in Jurassic Park either)
This is actually a clip from the website called Dino Tracker used to promote Jurassic World Dominions release last year, it has multiple clips of in the movie universe’s dinosaur sightings from different states and the Mosasaurus appears in one of them. There is no evidence or proof at the moment that the Mosasaurus is still alive but doesn’t mean it’s not possible even though it’s extremely unlikely.
