Video Review: TFC Toys CS-01 LUMITENT

Completely agree that this is a stellar figure, probably my favourite purchase of 2020. It was such an underrated and unheralded toy (plus pretty pricey), but I don’t know anyone who’s had this in hand and not been completely wowed by him. I’ve seen images of the next figure in the line (a helicopter), and that looks like a must-buy too. Thanks for doing justice to such a great figure!

Pretty awesome looking bot indeed. Digging the Jet mode. Looks sharp. Hell of a transformation. Looks pretty involved. Cool fig!

This must be the cleanest Jet mode I have ever seen. As much as I love the Generations Terradive, this one beats it.

The biggest problem of this figure is the price. At $120 or so, I'd consider it. At this price? No way.

For it's size, it's way too expensive. $215 for a Voyager sized jet.
But props to the designers who made this figure.

A giant rifle slung under a fighter jet wing is awful on a Transformer, but this comes form a series of transforming mechas, so it is plausible weapons come stored that way to deliver them to an already fighting mecha. AND they don't have to hide the jet is also a robot, so no need to hide the gun too.

A voyager scale figure that dominates all MP and third-party alike. So not disappointed with my purchase. I was very ify about getting him but damn glad I did.

I finally got my hands on this figure, and the quality of this toy is absolutely mind-blowing. I really think comparing it to transformers does it a huge disservice (as much as I also understand the necessity of the comparison), its so much better quality than anything by Hasbro, Takara, or any third-party company, that Ive ever handled.

Soon as I saw him on TFsource the first time he just looked awesome. He doesn't disappoint but I do agree with the gun. He does need two. I haven't figured out the tabs that are around the foot. You can flip it down after you swing the foot out but from how you transformed yours I'd don't hurt having it tucked in. Plus thanks for showing the knee panels. I couldn't figure that out. Great review.

big firebird's bird/binary bird of dawn kalavinka is based on the same real jet(supposedly there's some controversy where tfc thought bfb copied them, and tried to sabotage the manufacturing) but with a vastly different robot mode, which is a design from a different manga.

When you can get an Arcadia VF-1 for the same price which is bigger, and comes with a ton of accessories (but admittedly no display stand), it's facing some stiff competition for the quality mech based on a niche fighter plane story market.
