The ERGO seam welder has a travel carriage control with digital read out for weld head location. This makes for an easy of set up of parts to be welded. Standard end stop for part locating and adjustable prox switch location for end of weld signal on the side beam. The ERGO seam welders are design for easy movement with a fork lift tooling in the seamer base allowing easy portability.

The ERGO seam welders line comes in lengths of 1 foot to 4 feet. The seam welder is built with operator access in mind. Pressure adjustments as well as all travel carriage and welding controls are easy access during the welding process. This seam welder is perfect for job shops or fabricators who want a easy to move and use seam welder.

Air bag replacement takes minutes not hours. All equipment with seamer can be moved using a single fork lift. Well suited for all (TIG) GTAW or (GMAW) MIG seam welding application up to four feet.
