TESLA FSD 12.3.6 and Speed Limits What is going on?

Another test run today with the TESLA FSD 12.3.6 and getting a little bit concerned about my TESLA FSD 12.3.6 not always following the speed limits...

I think speed is the biggest issue with FSD. It seems that most other drivers want to exceed the speed limit. How should we set the car speed limit: 5% over, 10% over, drive with traffic? Many of the crash videos I have seen involve other cars going a great deal over the speed limit and losing control causing the crash. With a few drivers going at or below speed limit. I think we would all be better off if all cars were traveling at the same speed in our traveling lane. I like the over speed audible warning feature.

This is how we are training it. We are telling it what speed it should be doing

I think it was just following the traffic flow speed. If you were on that road without traffic it might have been more responsive to the speed limit.

NHTSA is in control of Tesla FSD stop sign etiquette. Blame NHTSA not Tesla. NHTSA says all cars must come to a complete 3 second stop at all stop signs. That is their interpretation of the LAW!

But FSD still doesn't follow the posted speed limits. And it often ignores speed bumps. And it cannot read signs: DO NOT ENTER, ROAD CLOSED.

So disappointing.

Humans not stopping.... takes too much time.... car thinking how many humans killed in US alone. Maybe humans should be more cautious
