I used to be a CNC-machinist and there is nothing more satisfying than watching your own program work perfectly and with high precision. Could never work with candy or chocolat though. I´d eat myself into an early grave. 😋

I liked all of the them. I visited a macaroni and spaghetti factor, as well as one that made "belts" from thin 8 track like belts to enormously wide machine belts. I also visited a factory that made the magnetic strips used on the back of credit cards, etc, and a factor that made roofing shingles. Amazing stuff!

Watching Sticky Australia making their candy by hand is satisfying. They still pull the candy by hand, which is mesmerizing. Their designs are amazing, and the hand-chopping is fast and precise. I’ve ordered a lot of their candies over the years, and they usually sell out within an hour of going on sale.

I am an automation specialist, I work for an aluminum die castings manufacturer. I work with ABB and FANUC robots. Amazing doesn’t tell the story, I can make these robots look like they’re doing a choreographed dance as they do their jobs to perfection, without getting mad, hurt or tired! A wonderful field to be a part of!

That 3d printed house isn't just good for the worker, it's good for the environment too.For houses that use wood, trees are being cut down and forests are being destroyed.I know not every house is made of wood, but a lot are, and if this 3d printed house catches on, entire ecosystems can be saved.I fully support this idea.3d printed houses should be the future of architecture.
