I'm in my 30s and have it. Its no fun you feel all alone. Family and friends dont understand. Often get told im being childish or seeking attention. Very sad, its really not that. Dr. Diagnosed me 2 or 3 years ago. I now take nuedexta, but sometimes forget because I have short term memory loss and the cycle repeats over and over. I had a tramtic brain injury.

I’m 15 and have this. I’ve had it for years. It sucks and honestly I don’t know why it happened, I’m thinking maybe when I hit myself with a hammer and didn’t go to the hospital? I hope the best for her

If it’s no laughing matter then why make the title a pun? You’re asking us for it...

Im here because I had to come home from work due to a crying episode I couldn't control, for no reason, and a giggling jag after it was done. My stroke was almost 6 yrs ago, thought I might be better than I am. :-/ Doctor appointment Fri.

I also suffer with PBA. I have a part of my brain that handles emotions turned more than normal. I fit the criteria for someone who has PBA according to my health professionals.
