Friday I saw an older gentleman taking off a flight in a wheelchair and calmly sat in a seat, he took off his mask, immediately airline staff jumped all over him, he was having breathing issues, they made him put his mask back on. He was less than 20 feet from the open seated bar in which no one was wearing a mask.

...it only took 2 years to figure this out. That's what happens when you get a law degree. Entire generations can come and go before they figure out how to use a coffee maker.

The cdc doesn't make laws, congress does; anyone who know about our checks and balances should know that. It the cdc can't articulate the issues to congress, then we have much larger issues to worry about.

The CDC can only recommend, they have NO authority to make laws or create mandates which is exactly what the judge stated and ruled. This could have and should have been done a year or more ago.

Pass a law if someone on any public transportation gets you sick because they do not want to wear a mask we can sue them for a minimum of $10, 000.
