Spino claps. Not only is Rexy basically featless, but she is in her prime which is actually weaker and smaller than old Rexy (Yes Rexy is old however FK mentions they can live quite a lot longer). Prime Rexy is also around the same size as the Bull Rex from JP3. So if Asset-87 beat an adult Rex (The Bull in the script is mentioned as full grown and he also has the title of Bull which is usually given to the dominant member of the species) in JP3 while he was a sub-adult himself (2 years old), pretty sure he can beat Rexy.
Btw I should mention Rexy is honestly one of the weakest T-Rex’s in the series. The only reason she survives is because of angry fans, plot armor and perfect timing from other dinosaurs conveniently placed there by the director.

Are confused on why people said he wasn’t fully grown. Well it’s just people who don’t like seeing a T rex die which is respectable but
The spino would ultimately win and the spino was younger than the bull. The spino is more battle experienced as the spino had many more
Larger theropods to deal with whilst rexy didn’t. Also remember there were 5 rexes on sorna and the spino is even stronger than all of them.
