Avoid purchasing the Lavna LA16 smart lock. The customer support is extremely poor, and the physical keys provided do not work. I discovered this issue just one day after installation when the fingerprint feature failed. As a result, I had to literally break down my kitchen door to get inside. The setup process is entirely different from what is shown in the instructional video, and the app interface is not the same. I installed this lock with my grandmother's convenience in mind, but it has now become a burden. If you're considering a smart lock, I recommend looking at brands like Godrej, Qubo, or Atomberg. Don’t focus solely on the price; you might end up having to break down another door if you encounter similar issues. So, please avoid buying the Lavna LA16.

I bought two locks for the safety door and main door but was not satisfied with the quality and after sales service was the worst ever. Avoid, don't buy. I regret my purchase and hope others will not be trapped.

Lavna has a very limited service area. They provide service in the listed cities only. My LA5 lock started giving problems. I am in Anand, Gujarat. Their service area is Ahmedabad, 70 kms from Anand. So they are asking me to send the lock to the Delhi service center!! In short, if you are not in their service area, you need to have a backup plan, i.e., a spare lock!!😢
