I used your recipe to corn casserole for the very first time ever. It was used to feed about 60 homeless people along with turkey sandwiches, fruit and water. I thought it was good and plan to make this again. Those I gave it out to also gave their compliments. I'm saving it for future use.

This was the best corn casserole I’ve ever tried, and believe me I’ve tried a lot of them. It makes a big casserole, so when I made it up, I halved it up and put the other half in the freezer. Wala side dish in a wink. Just thaw and bake.😋

This is the same recipe that my grandma made for the holidays and she handed down to my mom who handed it down to me, RIP mom and Grandma, I make this every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner and my kids love it just as much as I do, some recipes are just timeless and this is one of them.

🐓 Carolina BBQ 🐔

😇 BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

Golden Ratio BBQ Sauce
¾ cup yellow mustard
½ cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon cayenne
½ teaspoon salt
Dash of hot sauce

😇 Corn Pudding
3 Eggs
1/3 Cup - Melted Butter
1 Cup - Whole Milk
1 tsp - Corn Starch
14.75 oz - Can Corn
1/4 Cup - White Sugar

In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, sugar and corn starch. Whip until well until blended. Add corn and melted butter. Mix until well incorporated. Pour mixture into a well greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered in a preheated 400º oven for 1 hour

😇 Roasted Potatoes mixed with Italian Truffle Oil (or mushroom powder) and parmesan cheese.

Thank you so much my grandmother used to make this and she passed and l surveyed my relatives but no one remembered the recipe l do remember her putting it in a water bath so that the steam actually cooked the pudding

Thanks! This is close to a recipe I’m familiar with. I cut the recipe in half and separated the eggs, whip the egg whites into light peaks and fold in last. Also, 2 tblspns of heavy cream. This is for corn custard recipe. Delicious!
