I started off doing 30 minutes on the stationary bike 3-4 times per week. Then I moved it to 35 minutes for 5-6 days. Recently I have been at 40 minutes 6 times a week. However I now feel the need to move it to 45 minutes at least 3-5 times per week. IT WORKS IF YOU DO THE GRIND & WORK!
