This is a more important video/statement than the # of views suggest. I hope your effort results in a connection that avoids crossing wide streets and long traffic signals. As the crow flies, the distance isn’t that long, but the actual pathway is. If Larkspur Landing were a willing partner, I think that concrete bridge near the Ferry could be joined by a gangway/ped bridge that points west toward the train, crosses over the street, and lands somewhere closer to the theater. That would cut the time in half and avoid conflicts with street traffic. If we can’t move the train closer to the boat, we should at least make the shortcut between them safe, accessible and fast.

If you look into the development history of the station it has a lot to do with property owners and the business community not playing ball. Also with the way its designed now they could establish station further south someday instead of dead ending it right at the ferry

Just a bridge or tunnel avoding the stop lights would cut the time in half.

This is not a SMART connection, indeed.
