can someone please help me this makes no sense by definition the temperature changes as pressure does, but how does the temperature change without losing or gaining heat. maybe its because im thinking on the molecular level but i just dont get it.

Other teachers takes 1hour to teach the same while he takes less than 2 min for clearing concept of expansion and compression.

adiabatic compression makes no sense, how can the gas get smaller by itself while heating itself up without outside influence? Unless you're talking about gravity in stellar material
