The Skele Teddy I got it in the 2017 Halloween event and I remember that its function was to make the babies you adopted into skeletons. It was a really cool toy tho, but that function was removed when the Halloween event ended, I think that if that toy had kept its effect forever it would be way rarer than tombstone and Flying witch broom. I wish I would have helped you with this information:)
