Kinking of endotracheal tube

Kinking of endotracheal tube is important cause of desaturation it's important to rule out it before proceeding to other differential of hypoxia. It can lead to desaturation, hypercarbia, pulmonary edema, airway obstruction, if not recognised bad clinical course .
