Crossfit competitors remind me of what gyms where like back in the 80, s and 90's, E
We all used to hang out and talk, eat, train together, become friends etc... Now days people wear headphones and ignore each other, it's shit ... But Crossfit people communicate, form friendships etc... Its old school and healthy for people and communities. ✊
