2005 Nissan Pathfinder 7 way Trailer Plug Install

2005 pathfinder gets converted from the factory 4 pin to the Nissan Original trailer tow kit. This pathfinder did not come with the 7 way but had the factory wiring and mounting provisions to make it a super clean and fast conversion.

Was there a relay you had to also plug in somewhere? I've read there's a relay that is needed so that the hot wire and brake controller pins are active. I think that's what that second black connector goes to
