Been following y'all on Instagram for a while. This place is a class act. Nose to tail buchery. Their no fluff approach is fantastic. They have some really good IGTV vids on chicken breakdown etc.

Watching ur video reminds me of my Grandfather recommending to me 40 yrs what cutlery I would need to butcher my 1st deer . A boning knife, bone saw by Chicago Cultery. He was born 1910, owned a farm & processed the family & friends meat. Thx for sharing!!!

Do you have a good cookbook you can recommend for processing the whole pig?

Title says "5 Must-Have” tools, presenter immediately says that only one of them is necessary.

Wearing out that knife every 6 months is nonsense. I use the same knife. Mines 3 years old and it’s not even close to that worn down and I do more volume where I work.

Dear Chow. I follow this channel for 10+ years. I think you need to open a new channel for this content (same name Chowhound) Because of the shitty youtube algorhtym I don't even see this in my front page. So are the 329k people. Sad to see this content going to waste. Please take this advice seriously because there are people in this platform adoring the memories of this channel and the good old days of YouTube.

Gringe my teeth at the thought of that utility knife razor chipping off at the tip of that rough-skinned Pig.
Hopefully that's a quality steel razor and hopefully folks who Watch this video don't buy the cheap 99 cent razor blade to sear their pig.
