Well Sir, Satellite city project in Vladivostok will benefit both India and Russia. Russia's Western part is developed but it's eastern part due to harsh climatic conditions, is not developed. India has man power and Modi Ji's Act East vision when joins Far East vision. It will counter lot of issues and open opportunities for India..
