Who would have taught of making this veggie - a snack. With very simple ingredients like water, batter, starch, flavoring and the star of the show, the kang kong (water spinach). They have different flavors available to choose from - BBQ, sour cream, cheese, plain, or the best seller the kangkong king. Surprisingly this veggie snack is very crispy and you certainly don't have any regrets after eating it.
For us you can also pair it with a bottle of beer. or you can just eat it as your snack.
The idea came when one of the owners' friend ordered a fried kangkong from a restaurant, and it was a bit pricey, from there the owner taught of making this as their business.
Started as a small business in bazaars in 2019. Kangkong king now has 5 different branches.
