Getting a track light bulb out GU10 bulb trick!

These bulbs get stuck on the springs and are a terrible pain to get out so here is a trick to save you time and frustration.

For anyone struggling to release pull/release a GU10 from the fitting (can't turn or pull), try using a small suction cup like you might find on something that sticks to a wall. Press inward while turning anticlockwise (approx. 45°) to unlock, then use the suction cup to pull gently. I was struggling with mine for a while but this worked immediately for me.
