This is incredibly helpful. I manufacture boxes and my boss is throwing away a LOT of waste ink because the water based stuff we use dries out. I was able to add a bit of isopropyl to the stuff I powdered and use it in a mop. Now I have a massive supply of ink that's super concentrated. I just need some walls.

Most graff inks and paints are alcohol based these days if you want some dank skip the alcohol and use xylene its heavy on plastics but the results are killer

You're better off using oil based paint like Rust-Oleum or Oneshot with something like acetone or xylene.

Why would you use isopropyl alcohol for diluting acrylic paint?

Straight iso 99 into waterbased acylics is just not possible it can't work so don't expect a half leftover paint tube to do you any good. Take it out lengthen with water first and then ISO otherwise it's splitting polymers from pigments so you get a mix of goop and coloured plastic like globs
