I want to say that I’ve been doing this for over a year and every time I consistently do this only good things keep coming to me I stopped for a little bit but I definitely picked it back up because this Kundalini works magic in your life

This was my first-time doing Kundalini Yoga. I have watched many videos and was fearful to begin. Thank you for making this experience so comfortable. I feel great after this session and plan to continue daily...maybe even more than once per day. I work from home, so I am looking forward to little yoga breaks. AWESOME morning awakening!

Been wanting to start a daily yoga for a while and recently I’ve had some intense kundalini awakening experiences but I can tell the tension in my physical body is keeping it from fully unfurling. I came upon this video at 333k views so I took that as a sign that this is gonna be the one to follow, and once I watched it and felt your energy, I knew this the one I’m gonna start with. hey i am s oblessed ive found this you tube chanel, absoultely love you enthusasim, i have been adding this routine to my morning for about a week, im 42 and wish i had discovered this form of yoga a long time ago, it certainly works my muscles, breathe of fire is a bit different because i always feel heat in the back of my neck after this . Any way its clearly doing amazing things . thank you so much for this amzing morning routine . from my heart to yours xx

Ist time doing this, I'm an overweight 41 year old and was shocked by how much i felt this. Even though I found a little bit of it hard it felt very rewarding and left me with a sense of peace.
