Emus get the morning ZOOMIES

It's still early morning (5:30am) and someone has to get the chickens up. So after getting the chickens ready for the day, I go out in the pastures looking for the emus. I find them, as always, in the furthest back pasture. I must have woke them up too, as they stumble to their feet to get their morning "Zoomies" in. Sometimes I wonder why the are so goofy....But they scared me when they ran straight into the goat fencing...and not just once. They walk that fence line every day. You'd think they would have figured it out by now. Maybe just can't see so well in the dark
