'Ensemble' by Coeur de pirate on Q TV

Looking back 11 years, from 2020, at the 19-year-old Béatrice Martin in 2009, it's amazing to see how good she was from the beginning - and to remember that it was her appearances on Q that went onto Youtube that helped her become popular in France. Coeur de Pirate could be watched performing her first songs live on Q so that her skills in live performance were already know when she made her first tours of France. From her Q appearances she hasn't looked back, and Q and Jian Ghomeshi are owed a debt for featuring Béatrice then.

I don't like the majority of french music out there but this is really good. What station apart from CBC would I tune in to hear music like this?
Most of the French stations in Montreal are really bad.

listen to CBC3 on the internet, there is lots of great french and english mixed.

@coolsteven2 I've lived in Quebec all of my life, and not very many French like to learn to speak English, many of them actually prefer not to because they claim in that province they should only be French. French is the first language, but not the only one, I know.
