The Best Disc For Every Speed (1-15)

There are so many disc golf discs out there ranging from all types of speeds. With that, a lot of the same discs are used by most people. so, since there is 15 different disc golf speeds I thought I would pick the best disc for every speed. Enjoy.

I would've went teebird for the 7 speed

6 speed = Axiom Crave. It's the disc people ask me about the most, because it's buttery smooth. Amazing forehand and backhand.

This is kinda good concept, but I'd make an improvement and make best disc for each speed in each stability category, like "for high winds", overstable, stable, understable and flippy.

Rather than having discs from all speed classes choose few different speeds and for those pick under stable, stable and over stable for each speed. That way you cover all of your game situations. It really does not matter which discs you choose. Just learn to know them very well and stick to them.

Great list! Only two things I would change are roc for 4 speed and stag in for the 8 speed.

Mako3 as best mid IMO. Holds any line you send, and super stable in the wind.

Only things I would change
6 - Crave. Same reasoning as relay but I feel like the crave is more well known and has higher usage rates.
7 - Teebird. Its too good not to be in and is way more popular than the river
10 - Anax. I'm not a discraft person, but the Anax seems more usable than the PD. Definitely underrated
Everything else is solid!

Best for me picks 1-13.
Things to consider:
I've never thrown a 15 and don't use 14's often enough to have an opinion.
I have always had a shootout between discs of similar stats from the many disc manufacturers.
The discs I list are the ones that have won against their competitors.
My average max arm speed is 65mph
I have medium sized hands.
Feel/comfort and performance are considered... not sales or popularity.
I've not used any Discmania or Prodigy discs.
Manufacturers compared by me: Innova, Discraft, Lat64, Dynamic Discs, Westside, MVP, Axiom, Streamline, Mint, Lone Star.
If more than one disc is in a certain category, then I would choose either to carry and be happy.
If a category is not listed in any respective speed, then I haven't thrown one to give an honest opinion.

VOS = very over stable / most fade
OS = over stable / more fade
Stable = straight / light fade at end
US = under stable / more turn
VUS = very under stable / most turn

Bag a Missilen as well. By far my favorite driver. I’m a forehand player which allows me the get enough power to extract what this disc was designed to do. If you can find one, and have the arm or technique for it. buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a great video. You should do a series for turn and fade at each speed. Best overstable one speed. You could also incorporate specific plastics so like best three speed overstable could be the zone in flx plastic etc etc. great content, this Channel will make it for sure. Solid list for sure. For 5 speed I would def have to throw my vote to the MVP Reactor. They are extremely consistent with forehand and backhand.

Solid list I think the 6 speed and 7 speed are the most questionable but I like that you committed to what you thought.
