Make it 20% slower. Make it only spawn on 1 late game round. Its hp doesnt scale on the rounds, maybe we could pop it

The clear bloon in sandbox mode has 10 million health and can be popped, easiest way to pop it is 0-3-2 ice monkey to stop it from moving and then just let like a glave lord or ray of doom do the work
