I completely agree, although unlike Freddy and Bonnie since you can only get up to 9 Hot Cheese on the screen at once, (against enemies with low aggression) you can use Hook to help chip, so it's bad but the best of the bad. Also some attacks like Bite 2 aren't too bad, but as a whole Orange attacks are just basic attacks so it shouldn't be a surprise.
