●Potatoes - 700 g
●Salt - 1 tsp.

●Black peppercorns- 5-7 pcs
●Chicken seasoning - 1 tsp
●Butter - 40 g
●Black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
For the sauce:
●Sour cream - 200 g
●Garlic - 2 cloves
●Mustard - 1 tbsp
●Parsley - 10 g
●Dill - 10 g
1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes.
2. Put the potatoes in a saucepan, pour boiling water over them and boil for 12 minutes.
3. At this time, prepare the sour cream sauce: mix sour cream, mustard, parsley, dill and garlic (finely grate the garlic).
4. When the potatoes are boiled, fry them in a preheated frying pan until golden brown in butter.
5. When the potatoes are fried, add our sauce, turn off the stove and stir carefully. The sauce should be distributed over all the potatoes.
