I think the best part of this movie is Chris Evans having to give a performance to convince people that he has no idea what half of what he's looking at or hearing is. He does such a good job looking absolutely baffled. "It seems to run on some form of electricity..." Lol.

The ironic thing was the entire battle at the end of the movie was Galaga inspired. Aliens coming down in waves from high up above.

A throwaway line designed for a comedic respite and it's actually a set-up for the end of the movie.

The sad part is nobody noticed him playing Galaga. It's an open bridge and his computer is in plain sight of everyone behind him. People be blind!

Funny note: Joss Whedon has actually revealed that the "Galaga" line was RDJ ad-libbing.  Joss loved the joke so much, he decided to give it a punch line in post-production--putting the Galaga game on the screen.

 So apparently this line is ad-libbed.... but it actually makes so much sense.  In the final scene, the avengers are defending the city from a bunch of aliens coming down from the sky, just like in galaga

You know it's Tony Stark when he stops entire airship's control room just to expose a worker that's using his computer to play games rather than his actual job... and the fact that someone was actually playing Galaga made it even funnier to me... I think he enjoyed that part of the movie, all he had to do was play video games!
