Autonomy drives...

Показать описание
Instagram Reel from March 10th, 2023!
I have learned a lot from Mike Studer, but probably one of the biggest pieces is the Neuropracticity concept of autonomy
Autonomy drives
- Dopamine (who doesn’t need more of this!?)
- Self Efficacy
- A focus on the task
And it also decreases
- Fear
- Stress and cortisol
- Confusion
Who doesn’t want all of these things in their therapy!?
But exactly how you provide autonomy is an important part of the outcomes. Enter in Mike Studer’s mentoring in Neuropracticity 5.0. This one day live (and recorded) course is something I love for every year to update my understanding and give me new fuel to fire my clinical practice.
Can’t wait to see you there! Drop a 🧠below if you love motor learning principles driving neuroplasticity!
