When my kids were young my brother’s family were living in Africa. His kids were about the same ages as my kids so we did a post card ABC tag. Example, we picked a post card that had something to do with the letter “A”, they did “B”, we did “C”, etc. it was so much fun. Yes it got a little tricky and harder for them since they were an hour from a big city, but we have them in a notebook as a reminder. I think the card exchange is a great idea.

Happy November first, Dia de los Muertos! I think the Christmas Card exchange is an excellent idea and I would love to participate :) By the way, I worked the car hop at A&W in 1987 in Visalia, CA when I was 17 and it was a lot of fun. I had a few bad experiences but it was mostly a positive and it was nice to get tips. Love the Goody combs too, those Made in the USA are hard to come by...<3 Lori
