So I’ve scoured the internet for any source of what you’re claiming about Matt Mercer, and I found nothing. So, do you have any sources for any of this?

@RPGPundit - I'm convinced Critical Role is a completely engineered creation. Can we get a show put together to analyze how scripted that show seems? Like it may be more like "improve theater" than fully scripted, but, I can totally see these people meeting, going over storyline, reviewing reactions and ordering sequences of events before each "session". And part of what makes Critical Role so obnoxious is the players performances. Each player seems to be constantly chomping at the bit to jump in on the next opportunity to seize the spotlight with some witty line or obnoxious reaction. So witty! Yuck. I would hate being in a group like that. It turns a legit rpg group experience into this really obnoxious, fake-y improv theater group.
