Esta interpretación vuelve a demostrar que desde 2003, fecha en la que reunió Abbado a sus músicos, esta Orquesta es la mejor de las ocasionales del Mundo.

Parece ser que Shostakovich con esta sinfonía pretendía poner a prueba a los solistas. Excelente interpretación, por algo es la mejor orquesta del mundo
