I visited Texas to meet my cousins and then this started to play when there was a dust storm

i rarely heard this but when i did it was serious either a tornado warning on the radio or amber alert

It’s not sounded in every city of Texas. It only sounds in Dallas, Texas and I heard it before I live in Dallas.
