How does it make sense to have this game play out in non-chronological order? -Your decisions are supposed to affect later events. That just seems odd to me.

i think he will play it though, as heavy rain is one of his favourite games and he made a playthrough of that, also indigo prophecy, in which both games are made by quanticdream.

the loyalty i have for Naughty Dog, Rockstar, and Quantic Dream has been unchanged since most of their first releases. i have good reason to think BEYOND: Two Souls will be amazing, just like i knew The Last of Us and GTA V would be amazing. i will also not think twice of buying Kara, (with ND usual trilogy games) The Last of Us 2, and fingers crossed for another cowboy-western-gunslinging game from rockstar. can't wait for tuesday!

Watch Dogs isn't out until mid November and Beyond: Two Souls is out October 8 (next Tuesday). It really all depends on what kind of game you like more. Beyond: Two Souls has more of a deep and emotional story and Watch Dogs is more of a run around hack things and shoot people type game with a story that won't be nearly as good. I'm getting both because I will be able to save up another $60 so I can also buy Watch Dogs. I highly recommend Beyond. It's an experience that I wouldn't want to miss.

"discusses the differences between the team's two latest projects" - why didn't he mention that Beyond was censored both is US and EU to get 16+ rating instead of 18+ that Heavy Rain had ?

It's good to see games like this, The Last of Us, Bioshock Infinite and several others that are setting the foundation for more games to come with these rich, deep story-lines in video games. The potential to drive stories in games is unmatched by movies and theater, and this game is an example of developers taking advantage of that. I can't wait for this game!

the reason why is because of the amount of capture dots on his face. ps3 hardware is very limited and wouldnt be able to calculate fast enough i think. more face movements require more polygons so i think thats the problem. but im just speculating. dont know if thats the reason. :)

This game is epic, great, you will live up to the main hero ( certainly you will ). I think that this is great idea to do a game that is something between film and game it just get you and dont let you go, HUHhh Im really enjoyed it and I cant wait until Ill buy it I cant even stop think about it :)

can anyone tell me if it will be possible for me to play this on ps4 when it come's out since i dont have a ps3 and am thinking of buying a ps4 i dont want to buy a ps3 for just 1 game (dont have money for a ps3 and a ps4 i have only for 1)

I played this game with no expectations at all mostly because I didn't know much about it but I must say it took my breath away. Ellen's performance is beyond anything I've ever seen and the storyline is incredibly catchy and emotional. I've never been so attached to a character before, and especially not in a video game. A game I would highly recommend to everyone.
It's the best game I've played so far - David Cage really knows how to make a great story.

Heavy Rain is more different from a movie than almost any other game including the likes of The Last of Us or Half-Life 2. Those games have linear narratives just like film. Heavy Rain is an all new kind of experience, and it's really a thrill to play. If you don't like the type of game it is then that's just your taste. To call it a bad game would be like calling Madden a bad game because you don't like American football.

It's hard to believe this game comes out tomorrow already. I am so excited to play this. I can't wait. :) Playstation is definitely "the best place to play". Good job Sony, you guys got another amazing exclusive.
