The commenter was a western Sonic fan who was asking how Frontiers was doing in Japan, to which Kishimoto stated it was doing better than previous titles by a fair margin

What i think they should do is turn the Chao Garden into a mobile game where you can interact with all future Sonic games, collect items in the games for it, and even transport your chao to the main games to travel with you.

In Japanese, from what I understand anyway, the word for Grass and the onomatopoeia for Laughing sound very similar. And when lined up, a bunch of Ws look like a row of grass. So Japanese people online will write wwww when laughing. Or Grassing at you, as it were.
