Activity on Area and Perimeter

Finding out Area and Perimeter of a figure using square/graph paper.

Draw a figure of your own choice on the graph paper and you have to use full squares while drawing figure. Color the figure and cut it out.
For finding its area count the number of unit squares and for finding its perimeter count the sides of squares in the boundary.
